Step 4: Listing and Marketing
At this point, I'll prepare all the necessary marketing materials. This includes creating your MLS listing, aggregating data to various platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin, and generating your personalized landing page. I'll also promote your listing on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and through Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Additionally, I'll create mailers and set up open houses. Unlike some realtors who just list and wait, I take a proactive marketing approach to reach potential buyers.
