As I sit on our beautiful Lanai on this gorgeous Sunday morning, I am reminded of the lovely individual who made this happen. Regan Fuller Pappas and I started off on the journey to find a new home for my family in July / August 2020. Regan was just as excited about the "hunt" as I was and was ready and willing to view the many homes that I would find online at a drop of the hat. Regan understood what we were looking for in our family's new home and together with my husband and I found The Perfect Home for my family in March 2021 with a quick close in April 2021. She helped us navigate the crazy Covid protocols during our hunt and made closing a breeze. I still wake up each morning, thrilled that we are living the dream in what is our 'Perfect Home' - we have some updates to make - all in good time; but that's all part of the process and we could not be happier living in our wonderful neighborhood in the great town of Dunedin. As I've shared with Regan on several occasions, I still wake up and tell our house how much we love "her" - quirkiness and all. Yes, I talk to my home and tell her how much we love "her" ... lol..
